How do I change the screen resolution?
To change screen resolution, perform the following steps:

1. Right click on the desktop.
2. Select Properties from the popup menu.
3. Select the Settings tab on Display Properties window.
4. Move the Screen Area slider to 1024 x 768 resolution (or higher).
5. To close the Display Properties window, click OK.
6. Click OK on Display Properties confirmation dialog box

How do I enable Cookies in Internet Explorer 6.0 or later?
To enable Cookies in Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or later, perform the following steps:

1. From Internet Explorer's Tools menu, click Internet Options.
2. Within the Internet Options window, click on Privacy tab.
3. There is a sliding bar on the left that should be set to Medium-high or Medium
4. If it is set to either of the top two settings (high, block cookies), click on it and slide it down to Medium or Medium-high.
5. Click OK to close the menu.
6. Close and Restart Internet Explorer.
